- All returns are honored up to 30 days of the original purchase date, and must be returned in New Condition (not worn, or washed)
For Exchanges of an item include $6 check/Money Order to cover the cost of shipping and handling and an indication of new size/shirt.

Presale tickets cannot be returned or exchanged. - How does a presale ticket work? Will it get mailed to me?

A presale ticket works on a "will call" basis. After you purchase your ticket, your ticket doesn't get mailed to you. Instead, your ticket will be waiting for you at the door the day of the event. Be sure to bring an ID and your payment receipt. If the name of the purchaser is different from the name of the person using a ticket please state the correct name at the door and bring along the payment receipt.
